What happens to my episodes if I downgrade?

Do members need accounts?
No. Members receive an SMS link and talk to the AI interviewer directly in their browser. No download, no login required.
How does phone interviewing work?
On Starter and Pro plans, members can call a dedicated phone number instead of using the web link. The AI interviewer answers and conducts the conversation by phone.
